CBo Territoria confirms its commitment, renewing its agreement with Biotope

CBo Territoria, a global property player in Réunion, confirms its commitment to responsibly develop its activities by renewing its framework agreement with Biotope for environmental coordination of all of its Habitat and Business development and construction operations for 2018 – 2021.

« We’re proud to capitalise on our approach begun in 2013. By renewing this framework agreement–which is very strict for us and our subcontractors, enables us to work in a more eco-responsible way. This value presides over development and all our operations, and we hope to serve as an engine in this area in Réunion,» says Eric Wuillai, CEO of CBO Territoria.

In the framework of development and construction projects promoted by CBO Territoria, special attention is paid to the projects’ overall environmental integration, from the design phase to the operational phase. The constraints CBo Territoria is required to respect include energy savings, clean sites and the recovery of site waste, considering and enhancing local biodiversity.
